It has also developed an injection device, DermaPrecise, which improves the administration of its cell therapy products and certain other injectables.

RE:RE:RE:RepliCel Life Sciences appoints Mackay as directorThat is not exactly the purpose of a Director of a Biotech company.  There enough medical/Stem cell experts on the Board.  Judging by the bio provided he has vast eperience in developing small companies.  Also he is a heavy investor in the company (15+%).  
I have no issues with this appointment.
