Any buyout offer would have to start with at least $1.50/share. Not sure the US or Quebec, or Canadian government would like to see this moved offshore, and with all the investtment that the Quebec government has in this sector I would imagine that any negotiation would include operations in Quebec.
But don't see any takeover bids in the near future.
