IMO, I wish TAAT would ship directly to the retailers and eliminate the wholesaler & distributors, if their unwilling to sell TAAT products. Once TAAT gained enough retailers, and direct to home sales, these distributors would take notice!
The Menthol crack down will send shock waves through both distributors & retailers alike! Revenues will decline due to less foot traffic from the MENTHOL smokers, and this will force these companies to look for viable Menthol replacements.
This is going to force companies to revisit their CBD/THC policies, because many of the alternatives are hemp based! IMO, it's not even like these companies don't want to distribute CBD/THC, it's the fact that the laws are still not crystal clear.
There's banking issues with cannabis/hemp, insurance problems, interstate transportation problems, even on site testing from police departments.
Imagine a 18 wheeler full of $650,000 worth of products, being pulled over and law enforcement can't tell if those prerolls are hemp or cannabis?????
The truck may only be carrying $20,000 worth of hemp products, but the entire shippment is delayed from its route by hours or even impounded, all because law enforcement can't currently distinguish the difference between cannabis & hemp without sending it to a lab.
Time & patience, this will all get worked out, and TAAT will be recognized as a viable & profitable alternative to legacy tobacco products.
