A better description of me is someone correcting the lies/mistakes of others. I'm trying to help newbies that might interpret what you post as fact. And the relentless nonsense of buying the offer is so ridiculous. If there was a battle for stock as it moved up, maybe. But, this lil floater is stagnant at best, going down at worst. So why pay up for an eventual tax loss? For God's sake, they are sweeping the floors to bring in money. Do you not understand the gravity of such a move. I literally have never seen a company admit they were so bad off that it required sweeping the floors. Are they looking in the couch cushions next?
