2) must you just make stuff up at this point? Isn't it too late for that now? Just ask your pal. "It's over". repost just one time I've mentioned I've personally had "regular" communication with Joel. How many shares you own now? Try calling bitter former shareholders relations. Or enraged bagholder relations. Sorry, I don't have those numbers.
