With all due respect, at 10:42 am you posted that the payout ratio was 125%. At 11 am you reported that it was 140 %. Did it really go up 15% in 18 minutes. I wish people would provide links when they make factual pronouncements. The stock is down more than 40% some of the bad news was already baked into the share price.
