I've seen large purchases of businesses that the final sale amounted only to property values. I believe this fall along those same lines.

I remember when it was such a big deal to have InBev as an investor in TLRY/Aphria.
Now TLRY owns 8 of their breweries for pennies on the dollar, who would have thought. Brilliantly done by IS. 
The big whales will be begging to be part of TLRY.  

The fortress has and still is being built from the ground up, brick by brick.
