RE:And don't forget ...Yes, it seems like there was a real possibility for something to happen with the shelf prospectus.

Regarding geographic expansion, I thought Amal hinted that while they're not looking to expand right now (and instead strengthen Canada and Mexico), they will look to expand at some point:

"we're still focused right now on our current footprint"
"outside of Canada and LATAM for now is not something that we're working on"
