The La Centella Property consists of about 4,485 ha, in the state of Sonora, Mexico, 60 kilometers northeast of Hermosillo on the southeast part of the Mojave-Sonora Megashear. The Don Porfirio Property is a 3,917-ha land package, which consists of prospective low sulfidation Au-Ag deposits. It also has a joint option to acquire the 10,300-hectare combined Carlin-style and CRD Gryphon Summit Project in Eureka Co., Nevada, the United States of America.
