RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:PMN is a scam.It won't be just you.  Newly created stock would be on offer while attracting investor's money, which then has to be the bid.
Nothing changes if it is not stock on offer but some rights package (as in a JV) because we're still on a stock board so I don't want to confuse terms.
