The big mistake was not working with company that was building it. They allowed the eco nuts to stop this at every turn.,can't build it there's a bird nest in the way as an example. All they had to do was loosen up all of the stupid rules and red tape and it would have come in on time and on budget. But no the liberals just cannot manage anything. They cancel the other 2 pipelines which could of brought this country tremendous wealth.
