Reficar

ReficarSome brief thoughts on the conference call.  First, this deal with Reficar seems very positive. They were a bit fuzzy on timing of cap ex and I heard nothing about expected revenues. Cap ex of $30m to lay a little over 4 miles of pipe and taking 12-18mos. Seemed like a lot of $ & a long time for that short of a line but looking at a map it seems to run thru some populated areas. Second, I found it interesting of tapping $20m of credit when the company has the cash. I guess it's part of running the 3 businesses stand alone.  As for Guyana, it's a waiting game for the lab results on Wei. That's cause for concern for me but I doubt FEC would buy more wi from cgx if they weren't optimistic of what the have.  Overall, a surprisingly good Q2 & with Brent on the rise the next few Qs should be good. That was about it for me, how bout you Kcac, Et al?

All imo
