RE:RE:Santos’ Executive Vice President 2023 Business Advantage PNG

RE:RE:Santos’ Executive Vice President 2023 Business Advantage PNGThe timeframe to privatization is quite ridiculous!

The company has limped along now for a while and the next wave of development in PNG is now in sight. The sense or urgency to somehow now have a corporate action is artificial other than Cyrus' desire to exit a failed investment.

We obviously still have not seen the proposal regarding the split; however, based on what we have seen, I suspect minority shareholders have a case to be made with the regulator over this proposal and the need for a Fairness Opinion. I will be reaching out to them and pushing for this and I hope others on this board will do the same.
