How i read this ?
Capital Companies create new junior company's.
List them, perhaps fund them.
Very few.... quality claims out there.
Was there temptation to shuffle claims around - take from one junior and relist
under a newly created junior - reinvent - promote - hope for 2nd round success ?
Issue ?
We shareholders were placed on halt for nearly 1.5 yrs while
other juniors promoted our mineral claims as their own.
MGX shareholders originally invested in those claims.
New juniors who have our claims also have shareholders investors.
Compounded problem.
What's so odd ?
Seeing ( mgx ) rack up so much debt in short order.
Never seeing the financials nor recent lawyer open books
inwhich to justify the unloading of former claims or recent.
The Ringer ?
If truly sold based on debt, or let lapse, how is it Zimtu capital company
has connectives to the brines ?
What are the odds ?
Brines were placed into newly created juniors, by same capital company ?
= relist = reinvent = try for success again.
At the expense and loss of current mgx shareholders.
All those strikes against the junior. ( others wanting money )
Was it to sink the junior ?
Now ask... when did the other new juniors aquire our mgx claims ?
Why would our former prez consult for Lake Winn, Zimtu ties ?
Did our prized claims vanish while Patrick was at the helm, or ?
Why did an mgx 2014 MDA state ( mgx + zimtu ) would jointly
devlop industrial mineral properties ? ( plural )
What about the silica claims ?
Wilson Ventures is yet another capital company.
Does Wilson have any ties to the 2 capital companies above ?
What about REN claims same vicinity as Wicheeda ( Zimtu and Marvel )
Who has our REN claims ?
So many unanswered questions.
Absolutely no reachout to existing mgx shareholders.
It's like noone gives a shhhh.
All they care about are the new juniors with our claims.
