RE:Enercom Denver Presentation Today I think the q3 report that reflects the ranger acquisition is going to be lights out and really get this moving. Wti is likely to average low 80s for the quarter and the wcs spread is likely to be less than the budget is based on. I suspect we might see close to 300 fcf in the quarter.
When you start doing the math on low 80s wti, you look at the fcf being generated and the commitment to give 50% to shareholders, you realize they're going to max out the ncib and will either have to move away ftom the 60% commitment or declare a special dividend.
There's just a tsunami of cash coming at 82 or 83 wti and a 12 buck spread on wcs.
