Drosrite and PAWDS/SPARC are great technologies but not able to support massive growth. Additive Powder, pelletization torches, and both HPQs QRR and fumed silica efforts can all support massive growth and high valuations but they are either recently commercialized (AM) and still being tested, in SATs, commercial validation, or early-stage development. Give it time young grasshopper.
HPQs rise is a bit much but at least some rise was always going to happen upon finalized QRR3 validation. Particularly if results include 1-step 4N silicon. To say it's unexplained as a whole demonstrates insufficient understanding of the silicon industry. Yes, though, HPQs increased valuation provides better options to obtain working capital and get through the hard times.
