Thanks Gesh. In so many cases it's desparation move by companies who don't have a stong hand to play. IMO XTRA has an extremely stong hand with their gold-star client list and exponential growth in backlog, all while being extremely undervalued in the TSX market. The more I think about it, it's almost a no-brainer to take the necessary steps (including RS) to move the the NASDAQ. Xtract has an extemely stong hand to play here. JMHO DYODD
