my suspicion is seabridge's days of micromanaging the negotiations for a deal for KSM are behind them.. My suspicion is that they are now motivated to get a deal done.... and that they have brought in professional deal makers from RBC to see what the majors are willing to offer.... I am just speculating on the basis of them bringing RBC into initiate a formal process to obtain a partner for KSM....
