Reminder......here's their wording
We are targeting the filing of our annual financial statements by August 15....... they have already missed previous targets..........won't be shocked if it happens again. Would not be surprised if the new boys found a flaw in calculations and previous quarters and YE'S had to be revisited and could be re-issued along with 4Q/YE,
