It's very rarely an actual scam when microcap stocks fail. Most of them do. By far, most of them do. Most often it's because their ideas failed. It just didn't work. They didn't discover the cure to cancer, the secret to cold fusion, the worlds best gold mine, etc,etc,etc. sometimes they fail because of simple incompetence. Or "bad timing". Or many other plausible reasons. But it's rarely an actual scam, though it very often is claimed to be by investors that lose all/most of their investment. I haven't seen evidence of a bre-x type scam here. It's just the risk that comes with this
