RE:RE:New Press Release - Cipher Neutron, dynaCERT's Partner, Signs Green Hydrogen Collaboration Agreement with Strategic Resources

Me thinks there is trouble in paradise..... Payne needs to produce the "collaboration agreement" and prove that dynaCERT is part owner of the CN Technology and the basis upon which it would earn any revenue whatsoever from any business conducted by CN.

I look forward to reviewing that Agreement
