RE:RE:RE:Down to CAD$0.31. Way To Go Mr. Jacquemin. Great JobAfter the OSC told Gregory Bowes, Hugues Jacquemin & Co to stop their fantasy projections and to not seek to avoid being held accoountable, as a qualified person signing off on the statements, for statements which were in no way suppotable. The company issues a retraction and within that very retraction the company states the following
"Northern's projects have the resources and the technical potential to support its strategy to become an integrated, mine-to-market supplier to traditional customers and serve new demand stemming from the energy transition and widescale electrification," said Northern Chief Executive Officer Hugues Jacquemin.
"The technical potential"? What in hades is that supposed to mean?
Sheesh! The graphite mined by NGC, more specifically whatever "BAM" produced whilst utilizing NGC's mined graphite material, has to be qualified by or on behalf of the end user for specific use in battery cells. That is what Hugues Jacquemin had more recently suggested by way of statements issued, I believe, in company press materials.
These kumquats just won't stop their tossing about of intentionally misinforming bullpuckey. This time the OSC pinched them.
It's nice that the company is aware that the OSC is watching and reading quite intently all that NGC representatives have to say in promoting this enterprise.
Is this why Hugues Jacquemin was brought in as NGC CEO?
If need be, now for every dollar I would perhaps lose here going forward, I will have these OSC supported facts which would clearly also support a claim against the responsible individuals and the company they represent, NGC.
This is just what the OSC called them on. There is more than just this.
