Are you not  ashamed of your performance in running this company as reflected in the price of the company's common shares. The company is sitting on a pile of cash on which you are not taking any action to increase the value of the company and to let the public know you are effectively running the business. What a shame.
If you cannot do anything for the shareholders, then promote the company for sale to either Turkish, Indian or Chinese companies who for sure will be interested in the products you produce and for which there is demand in their own countries.

Please try to have some ethical values and principles on which to run the company taking care of all stakeholders and not just the management and the board of directors.

I hope you will think about what I have written as most of the long term shareholders feel the same about your lack of professionalism.

Regards
Yousuf Ali
