Morguard REIT is another one selling at a discount (less than 70% of NAV).
MRC owns a ton of MRT.un; can't recall the exact percentage but believe it is somewhere in the 70s.
Maybe George thinks Rai Sahi will make a decent offer to buy out the other shareholders.
