RE:RE:BioSteel dealSomebody dropped the ball seriously with BioSteel and it showed up at the worst of times.

They have recognized the mistake and are no strangers to re-haggling a deal if that is possible or bringing action if they can prove misrepresentation to cover some or all of the damages.

I see BioSteel everywhere I go in my town in Canada which gives me lots of hope that it is going to be saved rather than dumped.

STZ are beverage guys that are branching out, I think, to be more than alcohol.

Not sure how much marketshare BioSteel has taken but STZ should be able to grow consumers as they have done with their alcohol offerings.  The BioSteel faux pas didn't hinder the sharevalue of STZ and they have increased their marketcap despite the negativety of recent events with BioSteel and Canopy.

STZ has a plan for Canopy doing business in the US by bringing all of the brands they have starting with the dozen or so States under the Acreage umbrella.

Even the big guys make mistakes but it seems that they are going to work their way out of those mistakes.

Time will tell!
