Critical Elements Lithium Corporation is a Canada-based lithium exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and processing of critical minerals mining properties in Canada. Its projects include Rose Lithium-Tantalum, Rose North, Rose South, Arques, Bourier, Dumulon, Duval, Nisk, Lemare, Caumont, and Valiquette. The Rose Lithium-Tantalum property consists of over 473 claims covering a total area of over 24.99 square kilometers (km2). It lies in the northeastern part of Superior Province, within the Eastmain greenstone belt. The Rose North property consists of about 31 claims covering a total area of over 16.14 km2. The Arques Property is composed of one block totaling around 136 claims covering an area of 6,840.93 hectares (ha) over 18 kilometers (kms) in length in a Southwest-Northeast direction. Bourier Property is comprised of over 304 claims with an area of 15,616.47 ha for over 30 kms. Rose South property consists of over 280 claims.

If you are going to talk percentage, then explain why Albermarle is down 45% off their last year high.

CRE is down 46%.

So a running and profitable lithium producer and a want to be one have declined by just about the same amount.

Take a step back to put things into perspective guys.

Just saying.

Meanwhile, the demand for north american lithium is far from being met any time soon.

Most of us would like to travel back a few months to sell at $2.92 and buy back later or not at all, but since there are no reliable crystal balls that I know of, here we are now.

A financing deal will materialize in the coming weeks or months, I am sure of that. Where will our SP be after that ???

Your guess is as good as mine. In the fall lithium sales are forcasted to pick up and the price decline will molst certainly flatten out or start to rise again.

The good news is that our latest numbers in the revised feasibility study still stand today and are very profitable.
