2) consecutive profitable quarters 
3) analysts upgrade after profitable quarter 
and new analyst coverage 
4) new Institutional buyers
5) insider stock purchases 
6) New Etc contracts 
7) Solid Balance sheet
The market will gravitate to companies ( small cap, mid, large cap) who can weather a storm. 

If the geo political stuff is averted in the next 6 months, then we should get there. $3......
