How is this NEW post-discharged program different from the OLD program?

Who does the TARGETED MONITORING?

$65 per patient per month, what are the margins after all expenses are included?

Will the staff (nurses and others) have the time to provide instructions to patients about to be discharged?

Will the medical devices arrive in time?

When patients are back home, will they remember how to use the devices?

Reliq makes it sound so simple, when in realty it is quite a juggling act to get patients onboarded and maintain adherence.
