Are you sure you would like to see the baby thrown out with the bathwater? After all, he has gotten the company this far.
For sure, it's upsetting. There is usually some transparency involved with this sort of thing, but I believe many companies try to take a guess at which way prices will go. KRR just bet the wrong way. Maybe they shouldn't bet at all. 
Then again, maybe the CFO that all of a sudden "retired" was overly persuasive.
As far as the nickel is concerned, you may want to consider (if you havn't seen it), viewing the presentation that was made at the "Diggers" convention that took place a week or so ago. It definitely paints an interesting picture.
