The new guys want to proceed but the Old guys have all the shares,  good luck getting them to vote for a consolidation sooooo    we  sit  with the knoledge that  Chuck has  40 ish million shares,  and the other Old insiders have 80 ish million shares of the 162 million FD.     A LOT OF  OVERHANG              PS,   hmmm  now  how to proceed........  talk about a mexican stand off ,               geeees.
