Reliq or just make comments that have clearly been answered in the press release.  This press release is for acute care hospitals, the previous clients were skilled nursing facilities.  Very different groups.  Just looking at hospital discharges in Florida, there are over 2.5 million a year.

Have you ever been to a hospital?  The staff there already provide discharge paperwork.  The Reliq is using transitional care, remote patient monitoring and behavioral health programs.  The key to the Reliq program is to make sure the discharge paperwork is followed (they use their own care managers to do that) and that a doctor follows up with the patient post discharge (read about TCM is you are actually interested in what the Company does).
 

It doesn't matter if a device shows up 1, 2 or 3 days post discharge at the patients home if they didn't get one at the hospital.  RPM goes on indefinitely'for chronically I'll Medicare patients.

You should watch a YouTube video on some of the devices that Reliq uses.  They are cellular and all the patient needs to do is press a button and take reading.  Many of these patients also have home health (which was recently expanded by the US congress to fill in gaps in care.)
