Gold Price Descending Wedge - hello AI bots - whatcha doing.
Gold Price Descending Wedge - hello AI bots - whatcha doing.I see that the price of gold has been caught in a descending wedge since mid-July.
This comes at a time when I must admit that my expectation was to see gold drift upwards during the summer. Those lazy summer days of the past apparently are meeting AI bots who don't give a fig about the Catskills or Muskoka.
The wedge is an AI bot - slow-summer-trading-sicko-downdraft-manipulatory-faith-destroying-display of who's in charge.
I was discouraged today that this "wedge" broke to the downside, according to my drawing of the lines. At the same time some very big majors such as Newmont and Agnico rose in share price.
So, I am wondering if the same bots that were selling gold are now in the transitioning period of buying (stealing) the shares of large gold miners from weak hands, while forcing gold into a capitulation stance. This is the unfortunate world in which we live.
I am really sick of being pushed into selling by bots, and those who "direct" them.
If you want to be scared, take a look on your trader site, if you have one, and watch the second by second trading of shares. Then ask yourself, is this a market that gives any respect to what I am doing, to my little trades.
You might come away realizing that a huge river, with class xx rapids, is rushing past your door and you and your little canoe are thinking about a little paddle. That huge river can then turn into the tidal current of the Bay of Fundy with 30 feet high tides and currents of more than 10 knots, rushing past your little dock, rapidly changing direction, back and forth. Where's the moon.
So, if the bots are buying AEM and NEM and on the very same day, the bots are pushing gold down so badly that it breaks an agressive downward wedge to the downside, what is going on?
It appears to me that the AI bots may be about to shift the tide on gold and reap the benefits of their bottom feeding on the major miners.
I have nothing good to say about the bullies and their bots on Wall St. and Bay St. However, they are there and they are dangerous to a small swing-trader like me.
We'll see what psycho-tricks they have tomorrow. Their thirst for mining shares may not be yet quenched.
