RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Desperate for an artis liquidity event

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Desperate for an artis liquidity eventI would be content with some sort of binding agreement from Manji that the job of the CEO of Artis is to run Artis. No more stock picking. No more acquiring other REITs like Cominar public or private. No further property development. Let's focus on maintaining occupancy, selling assets where possible at prices that make sense, and in the process of doing this, repairing our balance sheet. This is probably what should have been announced rather than a Strategic Review which has filled some of us (I'm guilty as charged!) with dreams of liquidity when in all likelihood nothing will come of it other than wasted time and maybe a willingness to entertain asset sales at larger IFRS value discounts since what else can we do if there is no buyer wanting to provide us with exit liquidity?
