The Chief Prevaricator? For whom
no lie will be
too big to tell they won't try, anyway? Of course they're
making
it up as they go along. Their visceral, hatred-consumed envy of

any sort of truth about Trillion...
about anything. Maxmoe wrote:

This is either a recent change in reporting requirements and standards that I'm unaware of, or just making it up. I've purchased private placements as an accredited investor. My holdings were not included as "institutional " holdings. Who do you think defines what a "institutional " shareholder is? Hint, it's not you or me. It's not an exchange or securities regulator. I know from first hand experience while working for an institutional investment firm, that it's industry itself like using data sources like Morningstar, fundserv, Bloomberg,Reuters and probably many others. None of these data sources have the means to collect data on "retail" investors. "Retail" is the plug number in the formula.
so which is it? Some new database sprung up out of nowhere? Or are you just making up some pile of FUD ?
