RE:Verde is significant Potash Producer in BrazilDid you actually listen to the recent conference call? Aside from the possibility for carbon credit sales, the current situation is bearish for Verde. In 1H 23 the company has sold 215Kt of kforte - the equivalent of 35Kt of potash. Brazilian farmers consume more than 7Mt of potash annually. Verde has been in production since 2018 and is selling roughly half of 1% of potash equivalent product. The customer base shrank from 1277 to 1223 last year and is likely going to fall much further this year due to Verde's inaccessibility to inexpensive capital. I'm subscribed to the Verde YouTube channel and I don't think I've seen a new farmer interview in 3:months; they just keep posting edited older interviews. The sales growth of this product is measured in years due to farmer's initial trials and then slowly gaining confidence and expanding it beyond test plots. The talk of reserves, buyouts, PFS phases and rail is complete hopium at this stage. The carbon credits could offer a seriously needed lifeline and it's why the stock isn't below 2 imo.
