RE:Preparing For Higher Graphite PricesYadda, yadda, yadda.
This Marco Zvanik, Vice President Global Sales at Northern Graphite, is yet another example of all talk and no waking the talk on the part of NGC representatives.
Nobody needs to read the tea leaves Marco Zvanik.
Everyone and their cousins know that NGC needs more capital than the company's representatives can raise without massively and materially diluting the equity value of NGC "minroity" shareholders. You don't have to read the tea leaves to most certainly know this Marco Zvanik
This company doesn't have the depth of technological knowledge required to manufacture spheronized and coated graphite BAM and/or any other finsihed downstream manufactured and sold graphite comprized product; and yet, NGC management is suggesting the company is "“. . . focusing on staying ahead of the game as a fullyintegrated, sustainable, mine-tomarket and mine-to-battery producer for current and future customers.”
Now that is a load of bullpucky.
Exactly which "game" are they trying to stay ahead of?
Would it be "the game" of "baiting and switching" and fiscally raping unsuspecting NGC "minority" shareholders, amongst other quite disingenuous maneuvers attributable to Hugues Jacquemin &Co, whilst trying to avoid having the OSC representatives finally publicly expose them for their TSXV equities issuer type of shtick?
Pff! What a bunch of wannabe comedians. Although, I think it not so funny when your intended actions or lack thereof caused we NGC "minority" shareholders to loose money H.J &Co.
They are about to allow that option to purchase part or all of the equity control of NeoGraf Solutions, LLC, a entity which doesn't even produce graphite battery anode materials, expire, ie if said option already hasn't expired unexercised after a calendar 6 months having already elapsed.
What's more, they collectively defecated the bed when they apparently attempted (non binding LOI) to form a downstream BAM commericalization partnership with a subsidiary of a China based company, Graphex Technologies (U.S.), LLC. They knew China and subsidiaries of China based companies had become out of favor with the U.S. Government and the Canadian Government and yet they still haven't officially put that floated idea of joint veturing with Graphex Group's wholly owned subsidiary company, Graphex Technologies, LLC.
The U.S. and Canadian government funded entities are not about to provide a China based company's subsidiary any awarded grants and/or loans and capital investment assistance and were NGC to partner with such companies, NCG wouldn't receive any of said kinds of assitance either.
Find just one earning in partner to develop the Bissett Creek graphite property or any other properties controlled by NGC.
Perhaps then you'd at the very least have such a "earning-in" company provide NGC shareholders a glimps of hope - which isn't part of a viable investment strategy anyhow.
