RE:RE:RE:RE:NU mgmt, get on with itIt looks like the product watchdogs are doing their jobs to catch this kind of stuff.
I think the only connection to NU is that we are all in the cannabinoid business and it could be a downfall for us, or not!
I think NU's biggest problem is if our shipments go stale-dated before they make it to shelves. Manufactured products have downsides because of stuff like stale-dating, deterioration, breakage and somebody screwing up and putting something in the recipe that is outlawed. Even mislabeling for size, strength or contents.
Maybe somebody could find out what the staledate is on our Germany shipment is and if it is a writeoff and the Tabletz too.
Right now it is looking like our guy might be misrepresenting the saleability of our products as a done deal that isn't really done!
This is a popular strategy for up and coming newstarts that have the wordsmiths write very enthusiastic reports that sound like things are locked up and happening when that really isn't happening.
Too bad our Securities Regulators aren't as on task as the Product Safety people that caught the adulterated beverage mentioned.
The whole damn stockmarket is full of nefarious players that is ruining this source of funding because they use it as their personal bank with all of their creative deviousness that separates honest investors from their money.
