RE:Why Is the Phantom PR Dept Have to Be Under NDA Always...???Sue must have something up her sleeve, for them to be so confident in NDA's. Otherwise, why would they be so reserved and secretive. Something doesn't add up. So true, its either bad PR or they hold a few Aces that they cannot disclose. 

So far 50/50 on both... Time will tell...
