Not enough Price spread (0.005 cad) to average down substancially, then when you look at the volume (140K) somewhat higher than usual with the result of the SP being down, it indicates a sell off tendency rather than the opposite.
If the CO had some cash on hand as some of the pumpers claim, it should buy back some shares to stop the SP decline...in case that is not doable, we can expect the downward trend to continue.towards the 0.20ies.
At that point the only way to reverse the needle to an upward direction is to try to sell the CO for whatever is possible to another more stable /better run telemedecine.
Just my opinion.
