RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:so is that the end of JD? Prophet? You beenthere, and others, have attacked Bioasis for years. You and your kind put up a negative front that influenced potential new investors, causing them to avoid Bioasis. What investor could look at the negative comments from you and others from as long ago as 8 and 9 years and then invest in Bioasis? How much damage did you do to Bioasis's ability to complete financings.
Hutchison played a large part in damaging that, as well. After awhile it became evident that financings were not advancing the technology sufficiently to keep Bioasis's value up. That happened on RH's shift. I complained about it years and years ago, even while under contract to Bioasis.
You and your kind helped cause investors to sell and others to avoid the stock. Your beef with me has always been that I argued against you. I refused to go along to get along. You and your kind didn’t like that.
Then there is the problem of other investors who did not care to challenge you and let you and your kind have your way. Shareholders, by commission and omission, damaged Bioasis. Support was needed. Lies needed to be countered. Very few stood up.
If I was the face of Bioasis, it was an honest one, fighting people like you, explaining competing technologies, explaining xB3 and its opportunities and potential value. You and your kind did the opposite. You and your buddies damaged Bioasis, beenthere.
But what about this? You called me a liar and you held the stock! Why? Were you lying to this forum about me? Of course you were! You didn't believe what you were posting or you would have sold. And you want to blame that on me? You're a make-believe victim!
What it boils down to, you're criticizing me for doing something that all shareholders pin their hopes on, effective and honest promotion of their investment. With me, you got both the upside and downside, always.
It took a special kind of incompetence to destroy Bioasis despite the potential of xB3. Rathjen has that special kind of incompetence, followed closely by Hutchison.
Further, I think there may be cause for securities regulators to take a real close look at everything about Bioasis's history. I would welcome and help with such an investigation, with absolutely no fear of any investigation into my activities for and about Bioasis.
In the end what many of you never figured out is that bad or dishonest management can destroy a company no matter how good its technology is. We will eventually learn that that's what happened to Bioasis.
