Auburn, the $ 1,46 is for the total company. The canadian part is worth quite a portion of that too, say $ 0,45 - $ 0,50 - so PNG ~ $ 1

As said before you can't add in the $ 0,75 as that cash is part of the assets.

How big of a % do you own? I've had contact with managment and they need 2/3 rd's to approve the capital return and 60% for the plan to continue.
