RepliCel Life Sciences Inc. is a Canada-based regenerative medicine company. The Company is focused on developing cell therapies for aesthetic and orthopedic conditions, including aging/sun-damaged skin, pattern baldness, and chronic tendon degeneration. The Company’s cell therapy product pipeline is comprised of RCT-01 for tendon repair, RCS-01 for skin rejuvenation, and RCH-01 for hair restoration. RCH-01 is an autologous cell therapy utilizing dermal sheath cup (DSC) cells isolated from the hair follicle to treat androgenetic alopecia. RCT-01 provides a source of collagen expressing cells to the site of injury, addressing the underlying cause of tendinosis. It has also developed an injection device, DermaPrecise, which improves the administration of its cell therapy products and certain other injectables.

Unfortunately these are the questions that are impossible to answer with the information we have at this point. We are neither going to $.01 nor are we going to $5.00. It is easier to predict the downside as opposed to the upside.
If Replicel looses this Arbitration I can't see this going below $.10. The upside is a total mystery due to the fact that many different outcomes could happen.
Bottom line is you would be a fool to sell now.
