Yes, there is an agreement between Lucara and HB.

All we know about it is that HB are going to take all of Karowe's +10.8 ct specials for the next 10 years.

But that's all we know.

Who's to say what the fate of all the less than 10.8 ct stones will be that HB (a polisher of big stones) will be getting from Okavango?
