DOD or OEM, Both will be waiting for testing of Demo plant.Dear Pip,
We know for a fact that DOD is waiting for the Demo plant to finish commissioning and run a certain amount of tests.  Can the equipment do lights and heavies, can it do a mixed concertrate of both and how fast can it do it.  Before DOD funds the building of the commercial plant in LA.  The question is will OEMs cut a deal for get part of the first run of REEs oxides coming out of the commercial plant in LA before DOD funding? Does the OEMs want REEs oxides bad enough to step on DOD toes?

So in the next weeks or months we can look forward to commissioning, begining of testing, and the results of testing hopefully.  The only wild cards for funding is the OEMs and Canadian government.

Now if Rapid's little smile is any hint.  We could see a deal on the old Uruniun mine.  But we have no idea where that would fall in the mix.
