What is causing the market drop in HOT.UN

What is causing the market drop in HOT.UNThe financial report are coming in, what would call good. The numbers are all up. Their financing rate are good. Occupancy increased; income increased; profits increased. Still the market has taken them down 50% within the last year. What am I missing?
