There is a
section at the bottom of that web page where I describe my scientific knowledge. I was quite modest in my assessment of my knowledge. (I know that Rathjen always felt threatened by what I know. I have two conversations documented where that is implicit, maybe explicit.
The disclaimer raises something else. I have suspicions about others who have posted on this forum over the years. How many of them were paid and didn't disclose it. For instance, long-time readers will remember pmrider and his partner drjekyl. Bioasis issued options to pmrider but I don't ever recall him publicly disclosing it.
His buddy, drjekyl, was sanctioned by the BCSC in 2010 for fraud. He was banned for life from being involved with public companies, and yet he continued to promote Bioasis, both here and in person. He even stood up (with pmrider) at a road show in front of a couple dozen shareholders and offered to do a financing for Bioasis, something he was banned from doing. Many of you will remember that.
Oh, you say, drjekyl was a basher, a troll. Sure. He fell out of favour with RH, and then tried to get in the good books with Mark Day and then Rathjen, both of whom, at least publicly, politely declined to be associated with them.
And who else was or is there? Rathjen appears to have put a lot of effort into setting up stuff that is very opaque, like the Midatech deal. There were some real laffers in that fiasco. What else might she be doing, or not doing?
I've always been suspicious of prophetoffactz. Why were his previous identities (Sir_Holler, digitel, prophetoffacts) shut down by Stockhouse and all of his posts deleted? Was it because they learned that he had interests that he wasn't disclosing?
How many posters have been here on this forum for the sole purpose of discrediting me? Certainly TT is. I don't recall any of his posts that don't obsessively reference or attack me. Fortunately, he and the others are just sport for me. They can try to ridicule me or call me a liar but I have truth on my side. And I'm not anonymous, a big advantage for me.
And I can go away, ignore it all, or respond as I wish, yank chains, stoke fires, that sort of thing.
Once this all winds down, I may give a full accounting, name names, etc. I have some communications from some very foul people that might be interesting. But I don't think there is anything I know that would change the current situation with Bioasis. I would reveal it if there was, and certainly not here on Stockhouse.
Besides, revenge is a dish best served cold.
