It is fact, it is as simple as that (check any collateralized loan, i.e. mortgage on the house etc.). RFs communication around this (or better the InvRDep of Ivanhoe) is a bit strange (first put and call, than a a collateralized personal loan,....what's next boys ???); man, this is a publicly listed company so people should no what they are talking about. And this looks, to be clear, from an investor's perspective not very professional.
