What's Your price?

What's Your price?I believe it likely that Dr. Deborah Rathjen has a new deal set up. I suspect you'll hear about it soon.

The deal will likely be another "merger" deal where she and Saltarelli are included in the deal.

The deal will have to cover Bioasis debt and then I think there will have be a little sweetener. The sweetener has to be enough to prevent shareholders from voting the buyout down.

I believe, and I suspect that Rathjen believes, that Bioasis shareholders will never actually vote for anything, same as always.

But I suspect she'll need to be sure. I think it likely that the deal will be enough to pay shareholders 5¢ a share, or thereabouts.

Would that be enough for her to get the deal done? I don't think it would take 5¢ but maybe that might sufficiently assuage her ethereal conscience. And the other players, like Lind, would they all say to themselves, as DrDR will likely say, "We did the best we could."?
