Tidbit re LB in the Globe

The Globe and Mail has a couple of items in today's paper dealing with Canada's banks.

One report notes that the reporting season for the banks starts Thursday with TD and Royal. The others will follow in quick succession. Results are not expected to be robust.

But one line is relevant here.

"The industry will also look for clues on interested buyers for Laurentian Bank which has said it is reviewing its business."

Clues would be good. An announcement would be better. But more may be known in just a few days.
