The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NCU Mining Operations - Overview PresentationYes, much uncertainty and certainly a poor track record.  Financial anyalysts are now skeptical of this company, largely due to past sins and the current ownership.

It will require a demonstrated, prolonged period of uniterrupted production and positive cash flow before serious buyers start investing again.  And since the prolonged shut down and now months of stock piling, a month or even a quarter of positive production doesn't really quell the fears of returning to past malpractice.

Sure, there will be the minor fluctuations we've seen in the past year, but steady growth is very likely a long way in the future.  If you are a day trader and can capitalize on these small ups and downs, more power to you. But to claim that a big spurt and turnaround are just around the corner is wildly optimistica at best, and more likely misleading.
